Paper Reduction Act (PRA) Approval Processes

Obtaining OMB’s approval for surveys and Information Collection Requests (ICR). Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) approval requirements are a major bureaucratic challenge for federal agencies and contractor support teams. Labor Categories & Descriptions

General Manager

Manages key client accounts with high level strategic direction and leadership, helping to achieve the vision and the goals in the client’s business plan. Manages teams of staff supporting client accounts.

Vice President

Owner of client relationship, developing strategic communication strategies tailored to the account and the client’s business needs.

Creative Director

Owns overall creative direction for projects and provides team leadership while collaborating with account, creative/content and leadership teams. They ensure delivery of overall creative excellence.

Director

Leads projects and tasks for small- to large-scale clients, including facilitation of overall strategy development. Oversees cross-functional teams in execution and evaluation of largescale activities

Account Supervisor

Leads a mix of small, medium, and large clients and projects, including development of task-level and strategic plans. Oversees cross-functional teams in project implementation and evaluation.

Senior Account Executive

Acts as a client and project manager for a variety of small to medium size clients, helping plan, implement, and evaluate integrated task and project strategies.

Account Executive

Supports account team on clients’ initiatives. Leads small to medium scale accounts or portions of work within larger accounts with supervision.

Assistant Account Executive

Supports the account team on clients’ initiatives. May lead small-scale projects, or portions of larger projects, with supervision.

Principal I

Provides management and oversight of project work, and/or leadership in field of expertise, and develops solutions to complex methodological problems. Expertise makes this individual a peer of leading practitioners of his/her discipline.

Principal II

Provides executive oversight and/or principal management of key projects. Expertise makes this individual a peer of leading practitioners of his/her discipline.

Principal Consultant IV

Specializes in strategic high-level consulting while leading projects and orchestrating complex, cross-sector engagements with the client and the client’s partnering organizations. Is adept at navigating intricate organizational challenges, employing vast experience and deep sector insights to develop innovative, tailor-made solutions.

Program Analyst II

Works on project team activities and contract deliverables at an increasingly independent level. They may perform data collection, conduct thorough analyses, refine project outputs with team feedback, and construct detailed reports and data visuals for client and project support.

Project Program Analyst III

Leverages task and project management experience to manage complex client engagements or project activities while leading project deliverables and directing the work of others. Drives significant segments of the project and effectively communicates progress to the client. They may presents at industry events and publish written or other creative products, and may deliver technical assistance, provide data and information analysis tasks, or configure and maintain client relationship tools.

Researcher I

Provides research services, facilitation services and project management services, with direction from project leaders.

Senior Program Analyst IV

Lead large-scale or complex client projects, leveraging in-depth subject matter expertise. This role supervises and mentors junior staff, leveraging advanced tools for project execution. As a recognized authority, innovates in delivering solutions, services, and training programs in the areas of technical assistance, data analytics, or client relationship tools. They act as a key client liaison, ensuring alignment of project activities with contract deliverables. Additionally, the specialist may actively contribute to industry thought leadership by presenting at events and publishing insightful articles.

Consultant II

Provides expert services, facilitation services and project management services, with direction from project leaders.

Technical Specialist I

Provides advice, concept development, requirements analysis, preparation of feasibility studies, preparation of preliminary and final plans and designs, and provision of other technical services across a variety of projects.

Technical Specialist II

Provides expert advice, concept development, requirements analysis, preparation of feasibility studies, preparation of preliminary and final plans and designs, and provision of other technical services across a variety of projects.
